8-Week Transformation
This is our amazing client, Becky.
Becky started with us in January 2016 and has had an incredible journey! She still continues with us today in search of even bigger and better results.
This is her before/after in ONLY 8 weeks.
Becky has completely transformed her body and lost inches everywhere, in particular around the chest, back (underneath bra), and waist. Most importantly, she has improved her health and self-confidence.

18-Week Transformation
This is Becky's 2nd phase of her transformation with us.
Becky substantially lowered her body fat in her first 8 weeks, as seen in her previous before/after photo.
We then wanted to focus on increasing muscle tone and shape through weight training and conditioning.
All of Becky's results were achieved by simply doing 3 x 45-minute workouts per week with us, combined with a personalised nutrition program.
Becky also experienced the positive impact of working alongside an amazing, supportive community of other women embarking on the same journey and receiving one-on-one support from us.

Kelly

4-Week Transformation
This is Kelly.
Kelly is a shining example of a client who takes on board everything we advise her to do and is committed & consistent with daily actions.
Kelly has gone on to lose a total of 28 lbs (2 stone) while working extremely long hours and travelling to and from work (on average, 2-3 hours per day).
We're so proud of her because starting a transformation is difficult, and it's even harder when you have such a restricting work schedule.
Kelly flipped the commonly used excuse, 'I don't have time,' on its head. She's a prime example of someone who prioritises her health and fitness goals despite her busy schedule.
Once again, Kelly's results were achieved with 3 x 45-minute sessions per week with us and a personalised nutrition program.

Claire

40-Week Transformation
Lost 6st 8lbs (92lbs)
Dropped 7 Dress Sizes
90 inches Lost
Claire came to us with the hope of losing 5 stone inches from her entire body and building up her self-confidence and body confidence, which had been ruined by her attempts at weight loss prior to meeting us.
Claire had tried everything —and when we say everything, we mean everything! Slimming World, Weight Watchers, diet shakes, classes, gym memberships, and even 1-1 personal training. Everything she tried failed, and she couldn't seem to find the answer.
As most people usually are, Claire was sceptical of the results we could help her achieve due to everything else she'd ever tried before having failed her.
The thing that amazed us about Claire was that despite being fed up, frustrated, lost, and extremely unfit and not knowing if she'd ever achieve these results, she came into every session with 100% commitment. She told us what she wanted to achieve, but our biggest question to her was why. "Why is this so important to you, Claire? Why do you need this body transformation?"
She responded, "I want to be a role model for my child. My child loves rollercoasters but I've never been able to take him as I don't fit in them and am just too embarrassed. I don't want to deprive him of the things he enjoys because I'm too overweight"
Fast-forward 40 weeks, and Claire has lost 6 Stone 8 lbs (92 lbs) and over 90 inches from her entire body! She has also dropped 7 dress sizes!! All of this is within 40 weeks. Her confidence has improved so much, and her fitness levels are incredible!
In fact, we were so impressed with the effort Claire put in we decided to surprise her. We treated her and her family to a day out at Thorpe Park so she could enjoy the moment she always wanted, with her son on the rollercoaster :)

Lisa
Michelle

15-Week Transformation
Lisa came to us in the hope that she could lose her 'baby weight' that she just couldn't get rid of around her tummy, no matter how hard she tried.
Lisa is an amazing Mum who is self-employed and works extremely long hours to supplement her and her family's lives. Balancing a high workload with children is extremely difficult, but with our help and Lisa's determination, she achieved amazing results!
Lisa lost inches and body fat all over, especially in her waist area, as you can see in her transformation picture above. She improved her strength and fitness levels rapidly and she is really happy with her results.
Lisa still trains with us today and continues to work hard and be a fantastic mum whilst also looking after herself.

12-Week Transformation
Michelle joined us at 15st 7lbs (217lbs) with a current dress size of 18.
Michelle suffered from anxiety due to bullying taking place in her old workplace.
Her goal was to eradicate that anxiety and to feel confident in her body again.
Michelle performed brilliantly during her 12 weeks. She has found more peace within herself and created a balance between her health, fitness, and personal life.
Michelle lost inches and body fat all over. In fact, she lost 25 lbs and 23 inches in only 12 weeks, as you can see in her transformation picture above.
She improved her strength and fitness levels rapidly, but most importantly, she got rid of her anxiety AND improved her confidence. Michelle is really happy with her results and decided to continue with us for a further 12 months - we cannot wait to see your next before & after image, Michelle :D
Patricia

4-Week Transformation
Patricia came to us weighing in at 11st 4lbs (158bs) with a current dress size of 14.
In only 4 weeks into her 6-Month program, she has already started to achieve fantastic results.
Patricia has lost inches and body fat all over—a total of 19 inches in ONLY 4 weeks, as you can see in her transformation picture above.
Patricia is very happy about her results and still continues on her journey with us 6 - we cannot wait to see your next before & after image Patricia!

16-Week Transformation
6 Inches Off Waist
Jackie felt extremely negative about herself when she first joined us, and she still struggles with this today.
However, her confidence in herself has vastly improved since joining us, and it's lovely to see.
Jackie is slowly starting to believe in herself and realise her self-worth and value.
Jackie has a history of low-calorie dieting and yo-yoing up and down with her weight over the years. Fed up with trying everything out there and being disappointed every time and never having the answers, she turned to us for help.
Since she joined, Jackie has lost inches all over and reduced her body fat percentage. She's lost a total of 26 inches in only 16 weeks - 6 INCHES OFF HER WAIST ALONE!
Jackie still continues on her journey with us, and we're so proud of her achievements.

Chelsea

40 Week Transformation
6 Inches Off Waist
7 Inches off Hips
Chelsea had an extremely busy and challenging work time during her journey with us. This included travelling for work over five times within a year and spending a total of 23 weeks away, all while trying to work hard towards her Wedding Day.
We all know how challenging it is to make a transformation within our usual day-to-day environment and how stressful it can be planning a wedding...but to make such an amazing transformation whilst travelling for work purposes is 10x as hard...But it is possible, and Chelsea is a shining example of that.
Chelsea worked really hard to get these results, but she always asked for help from us when she needed it. She held herself accountable, took on board everything we advised her, and now has the results to show for it.
Since she joined, Chelsea has lost inches all over and reduced her body fat percentage. In fact, she's lost a total of 30 inches - 6 INCHES OFF HER WAIST AND 7 INCHES OFF HER HIPS ALONE!
She looked absolutely beautiful on her wedding day, and we're very proud of her.
Kerri

12 Week Transformation
6.5 Inches off Waist
Kerri had tried all the mainstream diets in the past (Cambridge, WeightWatchers, Slimming World, etc) and whilst she did get some short-term results, they would never last.
Kerri has now developed a complete understanding of her nutrition where she can still eat the foods she loves and get results. Her nutrition is now more realistic, more enjoyable and easier to be consistent with.
Kerri told us that she made this change because she wanted to look and feel better in her own skin. She wanted more energy and confidence in herself and to set an example for her kids.
I think it's safe to say that Kerri has done a fantastic job and absolutely smashed those goals.
We couldn't be more proud of Kerri.
