Personal Training Weekly Timetable

 

Monday - Friday PT Session times:

 

  • 6:00 AM

  • 6:45 AM

  • 7:30 AM

  • 10:00 AM

  • 5:15 PM

  • 6:00 PM

  • 6:45 PM

  • 7:30 PM (except Fridays)

 

Each session is 30 minutes with 5 minutes of stretching time at the end.

Tuesday - Upper Body Strength & Weight Training

Wednesday - Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon)

Thursday - Lower Body Strength & Weight Training

Friday - Full Body HIIT & Core

 

Saturday - Fitness Pilates *Express 45 Minute VIP Session
